Cash-pay service
Neuvé MD is a cash-pay telehealth service. We do not bill insurance at this time, do not file insurance claims on your behalf, and do not participate in any government healthcare program for the services we provide. You are responsible for all charges incurred.
You may use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card where the issuer permits, but Neuvé MD does not guarantee HSA/FSA eligibility for any specific charge.
What membership includes
Membership includes provider-led evaluation, care coordination, prescription management when clinically appropriate, secure messaging with your care team, and access to your patient dashboard. Specific feature inclusions vary by plan and are listed on the plan card at checkout.
What may be billed separately
Medication and laboratory testing may be billed separately unless specifically included in the selected plan. Separate charges may include:
- Medication dispensed by a compounding or retail pharmacy.
- Laboratory panels ordered by your clinician and drawn at a partner lab (Quest or LabCorp).
- Specialty testing or add-on programs.
No guarantee of outcome
Payment for membership does not guarantee eligibility, treatment approval, prescription issuance, medication access, or any specific clinical outcome. All treatment decisions are made by your Arizona-licensed clinician based on your history, examination, and lab results.
Recurring billing & cancellation
Membership is billed monthly to the payment method on file and renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your account may be paused and clinical services suspended until the balance is resolved. We will notify you by email and provide an opportunity to update your payment method.
