Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NEUVÉ is a digital front door for medically supervised care. Neuvé MD provides technology, administrative, educational, and patient-navigation services. Medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals or affiliated clinical entities, as applicable. Clinical services (evaluations, prescriptions, lab orders) are provided by those independent providers; NEUVÉ is the administrative and technology platform that supports those services.

The specific clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, payment, fulfillment, or technology partners supporting a patient's care may vary depending on the selected program, geographic location, and service.

2. Eligibility and service area

You must be at least 18 years old. Services may be available in multiple U.S. states through independent healthcare professionals who are appropriately licensed in the state where you are physically located at the time of care. Availability varies by state, service, provider availability, clinical eligibility, and applicable law. Not every service, treatment, medication, laboratory service, or clinician is available in every state. You agree to provide accurate health information; care decisions depend on it.

3. Not an emergency service

NEUVÉ is not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are having an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@neuvehealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and memberships

Neuvé MD membership and retention program fees are billed through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past periods unless required by law.

Medication, laboratory testing, and clinical treatment charges are billed directly by the applicable independent clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, or other service provider supporting your care, not by Neuvé MD. Those charges are governed by that provider's terms and policies.

6. Lab Scan and educational tools

The Lab Scan feature and any AI-generated explanations are educational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your clinician about your results.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not upload another person's health information without authorization.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to violate any law or another person's rights.

8. Intellectual property

The NEUVÉ name, logo, and site content are owned by NEUVÉ or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEUVÉ disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits the professional duties of licensed clinicians providing your care.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEUVÉ's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute is in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
