Consumer health data
Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
Last updated: August 27, 2026
What consumer health data we collect
- Health goals and interests you tell us (weight, hormones, sexual health, longevity).
- Quiz responses such as height, weight, and general health history.
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, state).
- Pages you view on this site, which can imply a health interest.
How we use it
- To build the care recommendation you asked for and route you to a licensed clinician.
- To send you your results and care-related follow-ups.
- To measure advertising performance — only if you opt in to advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with our clinical partner so a licensed clinician can evaluate you, and with service providers that host our site, send our email and SMS, and process payments. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertising platforms without your opt-in consent.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we hold your consumer health data and access it.
- Withdraw consent to collection and sharing.
- Request deletion, including from our service providers.
- Appeal a denied request; Washington residents may then contact the WA Attorney General.
Email hello@neuvehealth.com with "Health data request" in the subject. We respond within 45 days.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. To turn off advertising and analytics cookies (treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising), use the button below. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.
HIPAA and clinical records
Records created during clinical care are held by our licensed clinical partner under HIPAA. See the Notice of Privacy Practices for those rights.
