Neuvé membership fees
Neuvé membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, with the following exceptions:
- Clinician declines to provide care. If, after reviewing your intake, a licensed clinician determines that Neuvé MD is not appropriate for you and you have not yet had a billed visit or received a prescription, your current month's membership fee will be refunded in full.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge. If you were charged in error by Neuvé MD, contact us within 30 days and the duplicate charge will be refunded.
Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your dashboard and care team through that date.
Treatment plans and lab services
Displayed treatment plan prices include prescribed medication when approved, clinician consult or review, shipping, and required injection supplies for injectable plans. Laboratory testing is not included and is charged separately when required. Refund, return, and remediation policies for fulfilled treatment plans and lab services are governed by the applicable provider's terms.
Administrative and platform fees charged by Neuvé MD are separate from treatment plan and laboratory-service charges. There is no separate patient consult fee within a displayed treatment plan.
How to request a Neuvé refund
For Neuvé membership refund requests, email hello@neuvehealth.com with your account email, the charge in question, and a brief description. We respond within 3 business days.
For medication, lab, or treatment refund requests, contact the support team of the applicable provider shown in your patient portal.
Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact the appropriate party — Neuvé MD for membership charges, or the clinical partner for medication, lab, and treatment charges. Most concerns can be resolved more quickly directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting the billing party may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
