How much does TRT cost?

Monthly plan prices, required labs, and a first-year estimate

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) pricing is easy to misread because many clinics quote only the medication. This guide shows our actual plan prices, the lab panels that are charged separately, and what a typical first year adds up to before you start.

What you'll learn
  • Testosterone cypionate injection plans are $127/month
  • Testosterone cream 3% is $140/month; enclomiphene oral is $145/month
  • A Men's TRT Initial Panel ($133) is required before starting
  • A maintenance panel ($103) is required at 90 days, then annually
  • No separate consult fee; a licensed clinician decides if TRT is appropriate

Educational content only — not medical advice. All prescribing decisions are made by a U.S.-licensed clinician after intake.

Monthly plan prices

These are the current monthly plan prices for men's hormone care. Plan prices include prescribed medication when approved, clinician consult and intake review, discreet shipping, and injection supplies for injectable plans.

Testosterone Cypionate Injection
$127/month · weekly or twice-weekly injection
Testosterone Cream 3%
$140/month · daily topical
Enclomiphene Oral
$145/month · daily oral, an option some men discuss when fertility matters
Anastrozole Oral
$130/month · only if your clinician prescribes it for estrogen control

Lab testing is separate

Testosterone therapy requires lab work. Labs are not included in the plan price, and panel pricing is confirmed before any charge.

Men's TRT Initial Panel
$133 one-time · required before starting
Men's TRT Maintenance Panel
$103 · required at 90 days, then annually

A first-year estimate

For an injectable plan with no add-on medications, a first year would be about $1,760: twelve months at $127 ($1,524), the initial panel ($133), and the 90-day maintenance panel ($103). Taxes or payment-processing charges may apply.

Your actual cost depends on what a clinician prescribes. If an add-on is prescribed, its monthly price is added. If you aren't a good fit for TRT, you won't be charged for a plan.

Questions to ask any TRT clinic about price

Comparing clinics is easier when you ask the same questions of each.

  • Is the price for medication only, or does it include the clinician and supplies?
  • Which labs are required, how often, and what do they cost?
  • Is there a separate consult or membership fee?
  • Is the first-month price different from the ongoing price?
  • Can I pause or cancel, and under what terms?
